Located in a house built 1905 in central Reykjavik, you have Indian Mango, a authentic Indian restaurant that strives to promote different food cultures of India with emphasis on Goan cuisine. Indian Mango has in just few years established itself as one of the city´s best restaurants and gotten brilliant reviews in several local magazines.

Indian Mango is all about authenticity of the food and presenting it with style to create a feast for all senses. The kitchen is led by Gorges Holmes, a native Indian chef that has one clear rule when it comes to cooking: No short cuts. It´s this rule more than anything else that keeps Indian Mango true to its roots and traditions and thus serving authentic Indian food every day, just like in traditional Indian homes.

The menu is simple and focused, going for quality rather than quantity, never the less with all the classics you would expect. The dink menu is good, from cocktails to red and white wine to compliment the food. If you plan to bring a group then the group menu is perfect and eliminates the confusion of choice, enabling you to enjoy your night out in Reykjavik.

yes must admit i did eat at this eatery and was not dissapointed at all, Amazing tasty healthy low fat gluten free main courses as well(my gluten free pal was well pleased), we did try the Mountain Icelandic lamb and guillemot as main course,quiet liked their indian mango cocktail...
